Refund/Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of product, we are not able to issue a refund or cancel the order unless in exceptionally rare circumstances. However, you may be entitled to a refund and cancellation in some exceptionally rare circumstances.

If your cancellation has been approved, you will receive a refund within 5-7 days of making the payment. The refund shall be processed using the same method with which it was made. For ex, if you pay via debit card, it would be refunded to the same debit card.

However, in exceptionally rare circumstances, if the payment method, which you used to make the payment (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase, is no longer valid, refund will be issued through a demand draft or Bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS).

In case the order was placed with Cash on Delivery, no refund shall be issued, unless the payment has been credit to our account. In which case, after your refund has been approved, we shall refund via Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS.

We usually do not approve a cancelled, other than in extremely rare circumstances, which includes, damaged goods, transit damage, incorrect fulfillment, and expired products. In which case, we will send a replacement for that particular article. Usually we accept photographic evidence for that.

In case we aren't able to dispatch the order within 5 days of placing the order, the customer is entitled to a cancellation, or partial refund in case of partial fulfillment.
